6.8R EarthQuake Hits Northern Japan Injuring 130
A powerful earthquake measuring 6.8R hit northern Japan on July 24 2008. Japan's Kyodo News agency said 131 people were injured, citing its own tally. The National Police Agency said 109 people had been injured, including 16 seriously.
Just about a month ago another 7.2R earthquake hit Japan killing 12 people....
